AGM Autonomous Group ManagementThe
effective linking-up of present knowledge and individual intelligence shows
employees a feeling of appreciation. In this way the necessary engagement and
the common will for cooperation is generated - non-hierarchically. "Human beings exist because
their organism is geared to functionality.
No organism has a hierarchy - it always just has a functionality." A. Kapur
AGM is an absolutely innovative form of organisation, which utilises the natural principle of functionality: AGM reaches high functionality and optimal results through short communication channels, judgment-free communication and optimal coordination to reach optimal results. This successful system of organisation and order is not only realised successfully in the human organism but everywhere in nature. AGM is the result of our experiences from testing modern organisational structures in recent years, accompanied by scientific analyses. AGM was developed on the basis of the concepts and systems by PMS Personal Masters Systems and was designed for the organisation of teams, groups, and small companies with up to nine people. What is AGM?AGM Autonomous Group Management brings optimal conditions for group work that is shaped by the group members themselves and on their own responsibility. There is no “top” or “bottom”, because the order within the group serves functionality and not hierarchy. Every member of the group is able to contribute to the group’s work with his individuality and his ability for transformation, expansion and optimisation. This means that the members of an Autonomous Group have the opportunity to shape themselves in their functionality in the company. This implicates that they take on increasingly more responsibility (for themselves) and that they can develop more autonomy in fulfilling their tasks whereby they become able to actively shape their work to extend their acting and deciding potentials. The company / the group is therefore not just supported by only one individual but by the whole group. In this way the whole organisational system becomes more stable in itself, more flexible, more productive and vital.
